ASSIGNMENT

Select one project by a for-profit or non-profit firm that we discussed the in past two weeks, and diagram its financial flow (one 11x17 sheet, landscape orientation, PDF format). Your diagram should elucidate who all the “actors” are in the financial exchange process (client, developer, design firm + internal labor, consultants, general contractor, subcontractors, and so on), what direction capital flows between them, and where it eventually ends up.

We will have a workshop day to develop these diagrams on 2/15. They are due Monday, 2/20, and there are no readings this week.
